  Our goal is to bring you, the consumer, our finest product using modern techniques while paying utmost attention to our environment and health. Our calves are raised on lush Northwest Washington grass and mama's milk. We do not use hormones or growth promotants. We insure the health of our cattle by implementing a good vaccination program and clean facilities. If an animal needs medication we pay close attention to the injection site by administering all shots in the neck and observing withdrawal times. Maine-Anjou beef is naturally lower in fat, tender and tasty. Many of our animals are crossed with Angus which allows us to feed efficiently and produce a top quality product.Orders will be taken any time of the year but at this point we will be butchering in the spring and fall. Payments may be made by credit card or check with a $100.00 deposit for a quarter beef and a $200.00 deposit for a half beef. Payments will be made monthly with the balance due at butcher when we know the weight.  The price of beef varies. When we butcher we will charge market price at that time.
